Sydney Arnold, FNP-C
Sydney is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who believes health care should be different than what the current conventional health model is offering. Utilizing the DPC model, she is able to spend a lot more time with clients, looking at the entire picture instead of an isolated symptom, and tries to find ways to bring your body back to a state of healing as well as keep you there.
Sydney earned her Bachelor of Science of Nursing degree in 2008 from Truman State University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Central Missouri in 2012. Since leaving connvetional medicine, she has continued her learning toward Life Optimization in the Natural and Bio-Identical Hormone fields.
Membership Fees:
Adults: $50 per month
Family of 4 or more: $140 per month
Acute visit: non-member: $75
Bio-HRT: $225 F $200 M $300 Consult/Lab fee
Weight loss: Will Vary With Plan
Functional Health: $75.00
There will be a one time enrollment fee of $50.00 and a 3 month fee due at time of enrollment, unless enrolling as a family. After the first quarterly payment, the membership fee will be automatically billed monthly.
